The strategy is based on the DeMarker indicator in combination with RSI. These tools are very similar to each other. The difference is that DeMarker is a simple moving average and RSI is exponential. The simultaneous use of indicators allows you to find the best trade entry points and filter out false signals.

Setting up indicators on the Quotex broker platform

In this case, both indicators have the same parameters:

• DeMarker: period 14, levels 30 and 70;
• RSI: period 14, levels 30 and 70.

The strategy is best suited for the 3-minute time frame. From our observations, the optimal expiration time is 12 minutes or 4 candlesticks.

Conditions for entering a trade on the Quotex broker platform

The trading system is very easy to use and does not cause difficulties for beginners.

To purchase a CALL option, wait for the following conditions to be met:

• The RSI line left the oversold zone, i.e. exceeded level 30;
• DeMarker is between 30 and 70.

PUT options can be bought, if two conditions are met:

• The RSI line left the overbought zone, i.e. dropped below the level of 70;
• DeMarker is between 30 and 70.

Please note that in this strategy, we do not wait for DeMarker to move out of overbought or oversold conditions.
