The strategy is based on a combination of ADX and MACD indicators. The first tool is used to analyze the market to find a possible trend and its direction. The MACD histogram allows you to confirm trade signals and avoid opening losing trades by predicting price fluctuations. The described strategy is used to trade binary options on a 3-minute timeframe. The best expiration time is 15 minutes or 5 candlesticks.

Setting up indicators on the Quotex broker platform

When preparing for trading, you need to add tools and set the following parameters:

• ADX: ADX Smoothing and DI Length - 18, with +DI green and -DI red;
• MACD: 3, 9, 16.

You can change the colors of the lines at your discretion. Any currency pair is suitable for trading binary options, but we managed to find the most signals on AUD/USD.

Conditions for entering a trade on the Quotex broker platform

To open an up trade, wait for two conditions to be met:

• MACD histogram rose above zero;
• The green ADX line crossed the red line and is above it.

The signal to open a down trade is:

• MACD histogram dropped below zero;
• The red line ADX crossed the red line and is above it.

An additional condition is that the yellow line is above level 20. In this case, we have the strongest signals.

Entry into a trade should be made at the opening of the next candlestick after the conditions are met.
